Delivery
Post charge all of uk and ireland £3.95 per order with all orders delivered next working day, from day of despatch. All overseas orders postage will be calculated per order.
Receipt of order
Please check packaging and product is intact prior to signing the drivers delivery note.
Damaged goods on delivery
Please notify us immediately of any products found damaged on delivery, on receipt of this information fisherking will collect goods and provide a replacement unit or a full refund.
Faulty goods, please contact our helpline (insert number) and they will check operation of unit with you, if goods still not working you will then be advised to return the goods to fisherking for a full refund or exchange. Please note that if goods are found to be misused or are seriously damaged on return to fisherking, we reserve the right to refute/dispute the claim.
All goods are sold with a full 12 month warranty from date pf invoice , and all claims under warranty should be made through our customer helpline (insert number).
Cancellation
Fisherking will accept cancellation of any order within 14 days of delivery date, provided the goods are returned in good condition and within 14 days of delivery date. Return postage costs will be borne by the customer.
All orders will be processed as quickly as possible, however on the rare occassions when we cannot despatch the goods to our customers within 7 working days, we will notify the customer and offer an alternative product, or, advise earliest delivery date of product, or, agree to cancel the order.
